ROYA FEREIDOONI
BSC. (PT), REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST, CLINIC OWNER
Roya Fereidooni is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Physiotherapist. She has extensive experience in treatment of individuals with strokes and acquired brain injuries and a special interest in the treatment of children with orthopedic or neurological conditions.
She established In-Form Physiotherapy to allow her to continue her work in manual therapy, but also pursue interests in sports physiotherapy, stroke rehabilitation, and pediatric care.
ANNA GLISTVAIN
BSC., MSC (PT), REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Anna Glistvain completed her masters in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to this she studied and attained her Honors Bachelor of Science degree from York University. Her philosophy involves finding the root cause of the problem and working with clients to achieve their individual goals.
Since graduating, she has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program through McMaster University as well as her Level 2 Manual Therapy through the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Therapy. She has also completed soft tissue, McKenzie, Taping and Mulligan courses to further her knowledge of manual therapy.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys being active and participating in a variety of activities including: tennis, skiing, biking and swimming. She is also very active in the community and enjoys volunteering at different events such as the Ontario Summer Games and Pan Am Games.
GILI BALBOUL
BSC. (HONS), MSC (PT), REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Gili Balboul completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto in 2013. She has been working in private practice since then, and has experience treating many orthopedic and neurological conditions, including sport injuries, overuse office injuries, and neuromobility conditions.
Gili provides individualized treatment plans for her clients with a focus on manual therapy, soft tissue release, movement and form training, exercises and education. Gili enjoys helping her clients achieve their personal goals and is committed to providing excellent care for each client.
CINDY DUNLOP
HONOURS BA IN KINESIOLOGY, REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Cindy graduated from York University with her honours B.A. in Kinesiology and Health Science. She went on to get her certificate in Massage Therapy at Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic.
She has been practicing as an RMT for 5 years in both clinical and spa settings. She has worked with a variety of clients including MVAs, WSIB, seniors, athletes and expectant mothers. Her qualifications include general Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, hydrotherapy, joint mobilization and sports therapy. Cindy has continued to develop her knowledge and has recently become trained in infant and adolescent massage therapy, as well as pre and post natal massage therapy.

Suzy is our wonderful administrative assistant here at In-Form. She has great customer service skills, with over 20 years of experience. Born in Canada, she is fluent in English, Italian & Spanish; she is cheerful and always happy to help!
ANDREW MATIASSO
PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSISTANT
Andrew Matiasso is our full-time physiotherapy assistant. He is currently a part-time student working towards a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness Planning & Health Promotion. An aspiring physiotherapist, he is committed to serving both patients and colleagues alike. He comes equipped with fitness planning and exercise facilitation experience. He has a working knowledge of a multitude of therapeautic modalities available, and most importantly, he is a personable character that is eager to create a positive clinical experience for every patient that comes through our doors.
