At In-Form Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre (located in Woodbridge, ON), we focus on return to normal function, along with prevention of further injuries. Our focus is on exercise-specific treatment, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and patient education. We use a variety of techniques in order to maximize each patient’s health and fitness needs, while focusing on correcting the root cause of the injury.
